Position Overview and Objective

The Manager Sales Operations partners with Sales Operations leadership to develop and manage the sales operations strategy.

Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
Mode of work : Remote

Responsibilities

• Develop and support a team of sales operations professionals
• Work with sales operations leadership to understand process gaps or opportunities for improvement
• Develop implement and maintain operational workflows procedures SLAs and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance and work cross-functionally with business partners to gain buy-in on new opportunities
• Drive efficiencies in the quote to cash process flow
• Establish standard operating procedures aligned to a global go-to-market strategy

Experience & Requirements

• Ability to lead manage and develop a high performing team
• Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of Salesforce
• Proficiency in the development and delivering of metrics and dashboards
• Process and quality orientedwith attention to detail
• Bachelors Degreewith 10 or more years experience in sales or order operations role
