Job Description

What Youll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair advanced electronic equipment down to the component level
• Service mechanical and electromechanical systems including variable transformers pumps laser welders and environmental chambers
• Safely diagnose and repair high-voltage power supplies and associated test equipment
• Read and interpret schematics wiring diagrams and technical documentation across digital analog and logic circuitry
• Disassemble rebuild and reassemble complex mechanical and electronic assemblies
• Apply analytical problem-solving skills to resolve non-standard electrical and mechanical issues
• Accurately document repair activity parts usage and diagnostic findings in internal systems
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to support continuous improvement in repair processes

What You Need

Skills & Abilities

• Strong troubleshooting skills across electronic electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to interpret schematics wiring diagrams and technical instructions
• Working knowledge of basic math for diagnostics and calculations
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office database systems and general systems navigation
• Experience working with RF equipment and high-voltage systems preferred

Experience & Education

• Technical associate degree or equivalent military training required
• 25 years of related electronics repair experience required
