The Perks: Total Schedule Control

We believe that great art shouldnt be rushed by a time clock.

• Flexible Hours: You set your own daily schedule! As long as the orders on your wall are completed on time when you start and finish each day is up to you.
• Work-Life Balance: Monday through Friday only. No Saturdays or Sundays required.
• True Flexibility: Need an extra day off during the week We are happy to accommodate.
• All cakes are baked for you. All you have to do is grab and decorate. No baking experience required.

Compensation & Growth

• Starting Pay: Generally $17/hour adjusted based on your level of experience.
• Fondant Training: If you have the skills but lack fondant experience we start at $15/hour with a guaranteed increase as you master the medium through our on-site training.
• Tips: Our decorators average an additional $300 $500 per month in tips.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: Previous professional cake decorating experience is a must.
• Technical Skills: Must be able to confidently stack at least a 3-tier cake.
• Fondant Knowledge: Experience with fondant is a major plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.

The Basics: Some knowledge of baking/kitchen operations is necessary.

Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 25 lbs or more.

Attitude: You must be a dedicated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
