Class IV of the Princeton Secretarial Association contract.
Hours: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm Monday - Friday Pay scale: $25.38 - $28.13 per hour
Seeking applicants with strong skills in communication technology use organization and time management.

Under the direction of the Principal the Attendance Secretary is primarily responsible for updating and maintaining accurate attendance records within the building; for providing customer service/receptionist related functions; and for performing various clerical support functions as directed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains accurate attendance records and updates the student management system in Skyward regarding cum folder maintenance on withdrawing students updating student records for new students.
Serves as the building receptionist.
Provides routine information and assistance to visitors or callers.
Conveys accurate messages and/or directs callers/visitors to the appropriate departments/persons.
Provides general clerical and office support functions within the office.
Collects assures sign off and submits alpha timecards for paraprofessionals to payroll.
Collects and receives monies returned into the office for field trips school store or other monies. Prepares deposit slips and processes in accordance with district routines.
Assists in troubleshooting office equipment or telephone issues as able.
Serves as a back-up and/or provides coverage for the health office or ISS room during lunch breaks.
Gathers and assembles records of new Kindergarten students enrolling for the year. Sets up scheduling database school calendar and class meets.
Assists in maintaining and inputting MARSS state reporting information as a back-up to the MARSS reporter.
Performs other duties of a comparable level or type as required.
