Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily quality control inspections on maintenance and construction jobs to ensure they meet Pierres high standards.
• Evaluate and document work using photos and videos.
• Provide hands-on guidance to field crews ensuring they follow installation best practices and understand company policies.
• Inspect operational productivity procedures to maintain efficiency and consistency among crews.
• Visit job sites to ensure teams have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
• Confirm accurate completion of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and daily safety requirements including stretching personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety meetings.
• Report safety incidents HR concerns equipment issues and material problems to the appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with management to refine and update processes providing actionable feedback.
• Act as a bridge between field and office operations ensuring seamless communication and workflows.
• Maintain a valid California drivers license with a clean driving record and drive safely abiding by all traffic laws and regulations during site visits.

Required Skills:

• Candidates MUST be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (read write and speak).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational excellence.
• Strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently in the field while managing multiple priorities.

Schedule & Location:

• Field-based positionrequiring job site visits at least4 days per week.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $24- $29 hourly plus bonus
• Paid vacation sick leave and holiday time off.
