Job Summary
The Tactical Recon & Strike team at Anduril develops aerial small drones (Group 1-3) and all equipment to test deploy and operate. The team is responsible for taking products like Ghost Anvil Bolt and Altius from concepts to operational systems. We work in close coordination with specialist teams to solve some of the hardest problems facing our customers. We are looking for software engineers hardware engineers roboticists and front-end mobile developers who are excited about creating a powerful robotics platform that can be tasked and viewed in real-time through a variety of interfaces.
The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels to support production schedules while minimizing the costs of scrap excess and obsolescence. This role will oversee the health of inventory in materials quality or production. The candidate will analyze usage trends lead cycle counting programs monitor variances and resolve discrepancies to ensure inventory integrity in a fast-paced highly regulated environment.
- Oversee electronic cycle counts and physical audits to maintain near-perfect record accuracy
- Investigate root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions our ERP and WMS systems
- Monitor shelf-life sensitive materials and ensure compliance with safety and quality storage regulations via the AS9100 Quality Management System
- Generate KPI reports and visual dashboards to track inventory health aging stock and transaction records
- Collaborate with other manufacturing stakeholders to support operational continuity and efficient forecasting and planning
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Data Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Typically 35 years in inventory control within an aerospace or high-tech manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Oracle and Odoo (highly preferred) advanced Excel (PivotTables VLOOKUPs) and potentially SQL for data mining
- Familiarity with AS9100 standards and Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulation Supplement (DFARS) regulations for the management of government property
- Managing parts with unique serial numbers or traceability requirements where a single error can halt production
- Identifying inefficiencies in material flow and driving Lean or Six Sigma initiatives to improve them
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
US Salary Range
$86000 - $112000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and/or training critical skills and/or business considerations.
