Responsible for overseeing daily food service operations including staff management service delivery and financial performance.
Ensures high-quality food excellent customer satisfaction and full compliance with safety and sanitation standards while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit train supervise and schedule food service staff to ensure proper coverage and performance
Manage day-to-day operations including food preparation service inventory and facility maintenance
Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus aligned with customer needs and dietary requirements
Monitor food quality presentation and service standards to ensure consistency and excellence
Develop and manage budgets control costs and analyze financial performance to maximize profitability
Oversee inventory management ordering and vendor relationships
Ensure accurate cash handling and transaction processes
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all food service areas
Ensure compliance with health safety and food handling regulations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support seamless operations and communication
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and motivate staff
Knowledge of food safety sanitation and regulatory standards
Understanding of budgeting cost control and inventory management
Ability to monitor and maintain food quality and service standards
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills across all levels of staff and customers
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
