Pay Range: $19.00-$21.10 years of experience and differential
Schedule: AM Shift 6:30-2:30pm (.9) 68 hrs

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Current Med Certified licensure in MN
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow care plans and resident orders
• Long-term care experience (preferred)

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Provide direct hands-on care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility
• Support residents physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate person-centered care
• Monitor and report changes in residents condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care
• Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment while following all care plans safety protocols and infection control standards
