Compensation & Benefits Salary ranging from $106000 to $149000 based on experience Health insurance with 75% employer-paid premium Dental and vision insurance 26 days of paid time off plus 13 paid holidays 403(b) retirement plan Life insurance and short-term and long-term disability coverage Three CME days with $3000 reimbursement Licensing renewal reimbursement
