Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Project Manager to join our team in the lighting manufacturing industry. The role focuses on managing lighting projects from initial client contact to final delivery ensuring that all lighting solutions meet client specifications timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have up to 4 years of experience in project sales or lighting solutions with strong communication and project coordination skills.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
24 years of experience in sales or project management within the lighting electrical or construction sectors.
Strong understanding of lighting systems fixtures and project specifications.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
Experience handling B2B lighting projects (e.g. hotels malls residential compounds).
Background in lighting design coordination or technical sales.
