WhatYoullBring

• 15 years of experience in planningordesign fields
• AICP(American Institute of Certified Planners)certification
• Bachelors or advanced degree from an accredited programin Urban Planning City/Community/Regional Planning Landscape Architecture or similar
• Strong knowledge of zoning entitlement processes and regulatory frameworks
• Proven ability to lead projects manage teams and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders
• Experience with project management budgeting and proposal development
• A collaborative mindset and a drive to grow both personally and as a leader

Work Environment Physical Demands

• Work will primarily be in an office setting with limited opportunities to be exposed to adverse environmental conditions

• Must be able to carry lift push/pull up to 5 poundsfrequentlyand up to 30 pounds occasionally
