Job Title:Home Health Scheduler Location:Dunmore PA (in office) Shift:Full-time Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Job Responsibilities:This role requires a person who will be responsible forHome Health scheduling authorizations and data entry including but not limited to the following:
Assigning / schedulingnurses and aidesforHome Health patients based on geography and staffcase load
Collaborate with road staff regarding scheduling changes as needed
Assist receptionist as needed
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent;advanced certificate or degree preferred
Experience in Healthcare /Home Health
Knowledge of medical terminology
Computer and EMR proficiency
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Positive proactive attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn and work alongside multiple departments / personnel
