Job Summary
Are you a driven and handson Production Engineer to support and optimise our precast concrete manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys being close to production improving processes and ensuring highquality output within a fastpaced industrial environment.

- Plan manage and optimise daily precast production activities to maximise output efficiency and programme compliance
- Analyse production performance identify bottlenecks and implement engineeringled process improvements
- Enforce QA/QC compliance through monitoring and testing in line with SANS SANRAL and internal standards
- Coordinate closely with design maintenance logistics and management teams to ensure uninterrupted production flow
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives including tooling mould optimisation cost reduction and resource efficiency
- Maintain strict adherence to health safety and operational standards across all production activities
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a production or manufacturing engineering environment
- Exposure to precast concrete construction materials or heavy manufacturing advantageous
- Strong understanding of production planning process optimisation and quality systems
- Practical handson engineering mindset with strong problemsolving ability
- Ability to work under pressure manage priorities and drive continuous improvement
- Competent in MS Office and production reporting tools
Qualification:
- BTech in Civil Engineering/N DIP in Civil Engineering
- Drivers License and Own Car
