Job Summary
We are looking for a Surgery Directorat Howard Memorial Hospital. We are a critical access hospital located in Nashville Arkansas. We provide comprehensive patient-focused care in a variety of settings emergency surgical inpatient and outpatientdelivered by skilled medical professionals. Our not-for-profit status ensures that all financial resources remaining after expenses are re-invested in the hospital to improve technology the facility and patient services.
Education/Skills
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership for surgery/outpatient services for goal setting problem-solving resource management and outcome achievement.
- Coordinates collaborative interdisciplinary strategies and processes for ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provides safe practices in all aspects of patient care activities.
- Ensures the surgery area and outpatient areas are following state and federal regulations.
Secondary Functions: All other duties required by CNO
Qualifications:Education/Skills
- Graduate of board approved school of nursing
- BLS; ACLS
- Current Arkansas or compact state RN licensure
- A minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience
- A minimum of 2 years management experience preferred.
