Sr. Project Manager
Job Summary
The role requires strong leadership to drive project teams toward success ensuring timely delivery quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction. The Senior Project Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement by monitoring project performance and sharing lessons learned across the organization.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee projects managing resources budgets and timelines.
Lead collaborative project teams and foster a resultsoriented environment.
Engage effectively with stakeholders and maintain open lines of communication.
Facilitate internal team coordination and provide regular progress updates.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and proactively manage risks.
Manage scope changes and resolve projectrelated issues as they arise.
Make informed decisions and prioritize competing project goals.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients ensuring high satisfaction.
Monitor project performance metrics and implement necessary improvements.
Document project activities and promote knowledge sharing within the organization.
Requirements
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 9 12 years of experience in project management with proven capability in managing complex crossfunctional projects.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Economics Management or an equivalent field.
Professional certification preferred (e.g. PMP PRINCE2).
Competency Requirements:
Experience in both program and project management environments.
Ability to align project delivery with strategic objectives and benefit realization.
Strong experience in people and performance management.
Familiarity with PMO practices and project governance frameworks.
Proven ability to monitor and maintain structured project management processes.
Experience with enterprise project management tools for scheduling tracking and reporting.
Expertise in risk issue and scope management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong conflict resolution and problemsolving capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
