Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Supervisor to oversee clinical operations and support high-quality patient care. This role involves leadership performance monitoring and collaboration with nursing staff to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Plan develop and implement programs to enhance patient care and staff performance
Monitor and evaluate patient care delivery across units
Collaborate with Nurse Managers to assess unit performance and implement corrective actions when needed
Establish and maintain record-keeping systems for tracking medication errors and staff counseling
Ensure adherence to clinical policies procedures and regulatory requirements
Support staff development training and performance improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (New York State)
Primary Source Verification through NYSED
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Minimum of seven (7) years of nursing experience
At least five (5) years in a supervisory or leadership role
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in Nursing
