Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goaloriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Al Khor Qatar. As a key member of our sales force you will be responsible for driving revenue growth building strong customer relationships and representing our products and services with professionalism and expertise.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information and track sales activities
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Participate in trade shows conferences and networking events to promote our brand
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of at least 3 years of successful sales experience preferably in a related industry
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach to sales
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English
  • Indepth knowledge of local market trends and competitive landscape
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within Al Khor and surrounding areas as needed
  • Adaptability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Strong ethical standards and customerfocused mindset
