Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care to transplant patients. The ideal candidate will support patients throughout the post-transplant recovery process while ensuring high-quality patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor patients during post-transplant recovery
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients and families on post-transplant care and recovery
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Transplant experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong clinical and patient care skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
