Nelson Mullins is looking to add a Commercial Litigation Associate to its South Florida Commercial Litigation group in the Fort Lauderdale office. As an AmLaw100 firm this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic office.

You are a junior- to mid-level associate with meaningful commercial litigation experience and you feel confident in your experience taking depositions drafting and arguing motions conducting legal research and managing discovery. You will be working on a team handling complex high-stakes commercial litigation disputes so you possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team while also managing multiple matters simultaneously and taking ownership of cases. You pride yourself on your strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience; gained at a law firm
• Strong research writing and oral advocacy skills

• Experience practicing in federal and state court

• Admitted and in good standing to the Florida Bar
