We are currently seeking a Re-entry Adminto join our Northeast Correctional Center located in Bowling Green Missouri.
The Re-entry Admin assists vulnerable patients in locating and planning access to various healthcare-related services and resources within their community upon release from the correctional setting. Addresses questions or concerns patients with an upcoming release may have about navigating the healthcare system post-release.
Qualifications
Associates degree (Bachelors degree preferred) in human services or related field from an accredited educational institution.
Minimum of one two years providing case management or a similar service to vulnerable populations/groups required.
Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
Must maintain current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Excel preferred.
Prior experience working in a correctional healthcare program criminal justice or forensics preferred.
