The Baker Hughes Training Academy is seeking an experienced motivated and passionate Training Instructor Control Systems to deliver high-impact technical training programs. This role is responsible for facilitating immersive hands-on learning experiences ensuring effective knowledge transfer and readiness for field execution. The Training Instructor supports the continuous improvement of training content and contributes to curriculum development and special programs ensuring alignment with industry standards and company objectives.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Developing curriculum content that addresses specific technical competencies using proven adult learning principles and approaches.
- Creating assessment tools and learning materials that support consistent knowledge transfer across diverse audience groups.
- Delivering engaging training sessions that build technical capability within customer organizations
- Facilitating interactive learning experiences that enhance participant understanding of complex technical systems and processes.
- Conductingtraining evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement within programs.
- Maintaining service execution standards and quality across all training delivery activities
- Monitoring training outcomes to ensure consistent adherence toestablishedperformance benchmarks and organizational quality standards.
- Implementing corrective actions when deviations occur to restoreoptimalservice levels and participant satisfaction.
- Resolving complex training challenges using in-depth knowledge of instructional design principles
- Analyzing participant feedback and performance data toidentifyroot causes of learning gaps or delivery issues.
- Applying established troubleshooting methods to address technical content issues andoptimizelearning experience effectiveness.
- Providinginformal guidance to junior training staff on curriculum development and delivery
- Sharingexpertiseon instructionaldesignbest practices and technical communication methods with developing team members.
- Offering feedback on training materials and delivery techniques to support skill development and consistency.
- Contributing to process improvements that enhance training program efficiency and learner outcomes
- Evaluating current training methods to recommend refinements that streamline delivery whilemaintainingeducational effectiveness.
- Proposing updates to existing training frameworks that improve scalability and support broader organizational learning objectives

Knowledge
- Havesoundknowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles for technical training development.
- Demonstrate broad understanding of assessment techniques and evaluation methods for measuring training program effectiveness.
- Be familiar with curriculum development frameworks and content creation strategies for diverse technical audience groups.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelors degree from an accredited university or college for qualification.
- Hold a high school diploma / GED with at least four years ofservicesexperience.

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 43200 To 59400
The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay
