What is the Opportunity

We are looking for dependableLabor Helpers to support our industrial work crews. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who are physically fit safety-minded and ready to work in a fast-paced construction or maintenance environment. No prior trade experience is requiredjust a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What Youll Do Here:

Move tools equipment and materials to and from work areas.
Clean boilers tanks and work zones using scrapers hoses and other tools.
Assist with positioning and holding parts for welding fitting or assembly.
Attach cables slings or ropes to materials under direction.
Help pipefitters welders and other tradespeople with basic tasks.
Operate basic equipment (e.g. hand trucks hoists) and fuel/lubricate machinery.
Perform general labor duties such as sweeping lifting and material handling.
Work in various environments including confined spaces heights and outdoor conditions.
