Description

Schedule: Part-Time 2-3 shifts a week some weekends
Shifts: 7am- 3pm

Pay: $16.00 per hour

We are looking for a reliable customer-service-focused Part-Time Front Desk Clerk to join our team. This role supports hotel operations during evening and overnight hours while providing excellent guest service.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with check-in stay and check-out
Answer phones and handle guest inquiries professionally
Balance cash drawer and process guest payments
Complete night audit duties during overnight shifts
Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area
Monitor property security and report incidents as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Must be able to pass a Kari Koskinen background check
