About the job

As a Project Manager you will lead diverse cross-functional projects that drive efficiency innovation and quality across Secos global Sales organization. Youll be the connectorcoordinating stakeholders steering project planning and execution and ensuring every initiative delivers on time on budget and to specification.

Your responsibilities include:

• Build and manage comprehensive project plans.
• Lead and motivate project teams.
• Deliver projects on time within budget and to required quality standards.
• Drive documentation reporting and communication.
• Manage risks changes and deviations.
• Conduct project closure activities.
• Work in a fast-paced global environment.
• Execution of strategic sales initiatives.

You report to the Sales PMO Manager. The location for this position is flexible.

Your profile

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of project management experience and holds a bachelors degree in a relevant field. They possess strong project management change management and communication skills an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data. Comfortable in virtual multicultural and global teams they are fluent in English and preferably hold certifications such as PMP Agile or IPMA. Being curious and open to new ideas youre not afraid to challenge the status quo. You know how to prioritize make things happen and inspire others to do the same.
