Principal Engineer Civil and Roads

Position Overview:

As a Principal Engineer - Civil and Road within our Infrastructure you will lead high-profile projects ensure technical excellence and maintain strong client relationships. You will provide strategic direction mentor junior engineers and drive the successful delivery of complex Infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Civil and Road for various projects ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong productive client relationships serving as the primary point of contact for major projects.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Prepare and review detailed technical specifications drawings and documentation ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Manage project resources and schedules ensuring optimal utilization and financial performance.  Provide regular reports on project status technical performance and team development to senior management.
• Prepare reports calculations and design documentation
• Prepare design using Civil 3D software for BIM environment.
• Assist in managing Infrastructure projects supporting senior engineers and project leaders in delivering successful outcomes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field. Masters degree preferred.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Civil and Road Design with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Extensive experience in design of Civil and Road Design.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards codes and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
