Electrical Engineer (Site Supervision)

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our site team in Riyadh Saudi this site-based role you will lead electrical engineering activities oversee system design and implementation and ensure full compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations.

• Develop review and approve electrical system designs for industrial and construction projects.

• Conduct on-site inspections and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.

• Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians supporting their professional development.

• Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Perform power system analysis and implement energy-efficient solutions.

• Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes standards and regulations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Implement and oversee safety procedures for electrical installations and maintenance activities.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies codes and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters degree preferred).

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.

• 12 years of experience in electrical engineering with a strong focus on site-based projects.

• Proven experience in industrial and/or construction environments.

• Proficiency in electrical engineering software such as AutoCAD ETAP and MATLAB.

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.

• Expertise in power systems design and analysis.

• Experience with industrial control systems.

• Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices.

• Excellent project management and leadership skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
