About the Role

7 Air is seeking an experienced Cargo Captain to lead flight operations and ensure the safe and efficient transportation of cargo. As Captain you will be responsible for the aircraft crew and overall flight safety while maintaining compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.

This role is ideal for a skilled pilot who thrives in a leadership position and values safety precision and professionalism.

What Youll Do

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) and take full responsibility for flight operations
• Ensure all flights comply with FAA regulations and company policies
• Conduct pre-flight inspections to confirm aircraft readiness
• Safely perform takeoffs landings and all phases of flight
• Monitor weather aircraft systems and flight conditions to make informed decisions
• Coordinate with co-pilots crew members dispatch and air traffic control
• Communicate with Flight Operations regarding any delays changes or issues
• Ensure compliance with flight duty and rest requirements (Part 121)
• Monitor fuel usage engine performance and aircraft systems
• Lead mentor and support flight crew members
• Conduct pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings
• Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation
• Represent 7 Air with professionalism at all times

What Were Looking For

• Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate (required)
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Previous experience as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) preferably in cargo operations
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and flight safety procedures
• Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-responsibility environment
• Strong situational awareness and problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to pass company training and maintain qualifications
• Must be under 65 years of age (FAA requirement)

Schedule
