Job Summary
We are seeking a creative detail-oriented and experienced Videographer & Video Editor to join our Media Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing editing and producing high-quality video content across multiple branch locations. This role requires strong storytelling ability technical expertise in video production and the ability to deliver engaging visual content that aligns with the organizations brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Production & Shooting
Capture high-quality video content across all assigned branches (FUTO Eziobodo Opposite Ebere Link Arugo Estate New Owerri).
Plan and execute video shoots including interviews events promotional content and daily operations coverage.
Ensure proper lighting framing and audio quality during all shoots.
2. Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit raw footage into polished engaging and brand-aligned videos.
Add motion graphics transitions subtitles sound effects and background music where necessary.
Ensure final video content meets quality and branding standards.
3. Content Development & Storytelling
Develop creative video concepts and storytelling approaches for marketing and engagement.
Collaborate with the media/marketing team to produce content for social media and campaigns.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all video content.
4. Equipment & Asset Management
Operate and maintain cameras lighting equipment drones (if available) and editing tools.
Ensure proper storage and maintenance of media files and equipment.
5. Multi-Branch Coverage & Coordination
Travel between all assigned branches for content coverage.
Coordinate with branch managers for scheduling shoots and content planning.

Video Production Quality: High-resolution professional-standard output
Content Delivery Timeliness: 100% on schedule
Brand Consistency: Alignment with brand guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements
3 5 years proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor.
Strong portfolio showcasing video production and editing work.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of lighting framing sound and camera operation.
Creative storytelling and visual communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
Strong time management and attention to detail.
