Has the responsibility to complete the entire process of the given activity and contribute to
potential improvement in this process
The role
- Financial admin:
Updating financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
Tracking and reconciling bank statements
Creating cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
Processing tax payments
Supporting monthly payroll and keep organized records
Recording accounts payable and accounts receivable
Processing invoices and follow up with clients suppliers and partners as
needed
Providing administrative support during budget preparation
Participating in quarterly and annual audits
Act as back-up role to other Finance accountants when required
Provides monthly closing operations
