What Youll Do as a Behavioral Health Technician
Provide hands-on autism support for children and adolescents in a structured school-based setting
Implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies
Assist students with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and skill-building routines
Track progress through accurate data collection and session documentation
Collaborate with teachers clinicians and families to ensure consistent high-quality care
Contribute to a safe positive environment where every student can learn and thrive
Our Ideal Behavioral Health Technician
Holds a High School Diploma (required); an Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Services Psychology or Education is preferred.
Has experience working with children or adolescents especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other behavioral health needs.
Is trained or willing to be trained in crisis intervention CPR and First Aid.
Is compassionate observant and patient with a genuine desire to help children and adolescents with autism succeed.
Thrives in a collaborative team-oriented environment and values open communication consistency and feedback.
Demonstrates professionalism and reliability while maintaining dignity and respect in all interactions.

Competitive annual salary of $37280
Full-time weekday schedule (7:30 AM 4:00 PM) with no evenings or weekends
