What Youll Do as a Behavioral Health Technician

• Provide hands-on autism support for children and adolescents in a structured school-based setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies
• Assist students with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and skill-building routines
• Track progress through accurate data collection and session documentation
• Collaborate with teachers clinicians and families to ensure consistent high-quality care
• Contribute to a safe positive environment where every student can learn and thrive

Our Ideal Behavioral Health Technician

• Holds a High School Diploma (required); an Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Services Psychology or Education is preferred.
• Has experience working with children or adolescents especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other behavioral health needs.
• Is trained or willing to be trained in crisis intervention CPR and First Aid.
• Is compassionate observant and patient with a genuine desire to help children and adolescents with autism succeed.
• Thrives in a collaborative team-oriented environment and values open communication consistency and feedback.
• Demonstrates professionalism and reliability while maintaining dignity and respect in all interactions.

• Full-time weekday schedule (7:30 AM 4:00 PM) with no evenings or weekends
