Sr. Mechanic/Technician Needed

Shift: Mon Fri Will start at 6a as needed and be able to travel 1-2 weeks per month throughout Texas.

SeniorMechanicTechnicianyouwillworkunderlimitedsupervisionandberesponsiblefordiagnosingrepairingandmaintainingavarietyofvehiclesandmechanicalequipment. .

• MaintainacleansafeworkareaincompliancewithCorporate/OSHA StandardsandperformallworkinaccordancewithestablishedsafetyproceduresincludingHazardousEnergy ControlProcedures(HECP)andPersonalProtectiveEquipment (PPE).
• Communicatedirectionsandspecificationsverballyandinwritingtoteammembers.
• DemonstratehighqualityworkperformedwithlimitedrepeatrepairsandwithinStandardRepairTimes (SRTs).
• DemonstrateabilitytoaidandtrainothertechniciansinrepairsandWMproceduresandpolicies.
• Usetimeeffectivelypreventirrelevantissuesordistractionsfrominterferingwithworkcompletion.
• Document WorkandPartsUsage:.
• TestandAdjustSystems: -tuningasnecessarytooptimizeperformanceandefficiency.
• DiagnoseMechanicalIssues:.
• RepairReplaceorRebuildComponents:.
• MaintainToolsandEquipment:.
• ProvideSupport:Collaboratewithandinstructothertechnicians/.
• EstimatetimeandmaterialcostsonrepairsandrequisitionsnewpartsandcommunicateimmediatelyifadditionalworkisneededorifrepairscannotbecompletedwithinSRTs.

• Abilitytoadjustworkloadbasedonprioritysituationsandtheneedsoftheoperation.
• Intheabsenceofsupervisionmayprovidemaintenancesupervisoryduties.
• Demonstratetheabilitytoincreaseskillstoadjusttochangingtechnology/equipment.

• 3yearsasamechanictechnicianworkingonheavyequipmentorsimilarrolepreferablyinadieselautomotiveconstructionorindustrialsettingand
• 3yearsinspectingtroubleshootingandrepairingtrucksandstationaryequipmentand
• Mustbeatleast18yearsofageandlegallyeligibletoworkinthecountrywherethepositionislocatedand
• ValidDriversLicense

• (CDL)-Class 21yearsofage
