About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician II to support the maintenance troubleshooting and repair of Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBBs) conveyor systems and related airport mechanical/electrical equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with strong mechanical troubleshooting and electrical experience who thrives in a fast-paced field environment and enjoys solving equipment issues that directly impact airport operations.
What Youll Do
Diagnose troubleshoot repair and maintain passenger boarding bridges and related systems
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency corrective repairs
Troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic and control systems
Support baggage conveyor and jam-clearing response as needed
Read blueprints electrical schematics equipment manuals and work orders
Complete PM and CM logs work orders and maintenance documentation in CMMS systems
Operate company vehicles carts forklifts and support equipment
Maintain strict compliance with all safety procedures and airport operating standards
What Were Looking For
Required
High school diploma or GED
Valid drivers license
Ability to obtain airport/security clearance
35 years of maintenance experience in industrial facilities conveyor HVAC mechanical or electrical environments
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Strong electrical repair and diagnostic experience
Experience working with motors controls wiring and equipment repair
Preferred
Experience with 480V and 3-phase motors
Mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic repair experience
Conveyor baggage system or airport equipment exposure
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
CMMS or computerized maintenance system experience
Prior experience in airport distribution manufacturing or industrial maintenance environments
