Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
Manage staffing including hiring training and performance evaluations
Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders
Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase customer traffic
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively
Collaborate with upper management to achieve company goals
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in high-volume settings
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
