Dispatcher

Cash Construction a MasTec Company is currently hiring a full-time Dispatcher to join our team in Pflugerville TX.

The Dispatcher coordinates haul drivers and water trucks ensuring efficient transport of heavy equipment and materials to and from job sites. This role supports daily operations through scheduling compliance and clear communication with field teams and drivers.

Lowboy Driveroperates specialized heavy-duty trucks with lowboy RGN (Removable Gooseneck) trailers to transport oversized overweight or heavy machinery. They are primarily responsible for the safe loading securing and timely delivery of equipment to construction sites.

• Dispatch and coordinate haul drivers and water trucks
• Schedule daily operations with Superintendents and field teams
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations weight limits and permit requirements
• Monitor driver activity logs and GPS tracking through Samsara
• Track equipment locations and jobsite needs
• Communicate with vendors drivers and field teams to ensure timely deliveries and operations

• 2 years of dispatch experience in construction or trucking
• Knowledge of heavy equipment hauling and water truck operations
• Familiarity with DOT regulations permits weights and compliance
• Experience with Samsara driver logs or similar systems preferred
• Strong communication organization and multitasking skills
