Werenow looking for anExperiencedMS Dynamics 365Application Specialist Financeto strengthen our ERP & PLM applications team.
In this role you will play a keypartin developing and evolving our global ERP platform where Microsoft Dynamics 365and IFSarecentral componentsin our long-term digital transformation.
This is an opportunity to work with business-critical solutions at scale and contribute to shaping the design and implementation of ourfinancial managementsetup.
The position is based at our HQ in Lund or at our office in Linköping.
Who is your future team
You will join our ERP & PLM team the group responsible for some of Axis most business-critical applications. We support a global organization and drive the full application lifecycle from daily support to long-term development and upgrades. Our team based in Lund and Linköping works closely with colleagues across the world to improve and further develop our ERP platform.We are continuously evolving our ERP landscape to support a fast-growing global business withanincreasing focus on scalabilityintegrationand modern platform capabilities.
What will you do here asMS Dynamics 365Application Specialist -Finance
You will work closely with business stakeholdersarchitectsand developers todrive improvements shape solutiondesignand ensure that our systems supportboth current and future business needs.
Our ERPplatformis a global solution which supports many of our core functions within Axissuch asmanufacturing warehousing order fulfillmentpurchasingand finance.
Your responsibilities will for example include:
Drive requirements analysis and translate business needs into scalable system solutions
Contribute to solution design architecture decisions and configure ERP solution with a focus onfinancialprocesses
Play an active role in ERP-related transformation and implementation initiatives
Lead dialogue with stakeholders across functions and regions
Ensure end-to-end process consistency across the ERP landscape
Support and continuously improve our ERP platform
Who are we lookingfor/who are you
We are looking for a collaborative and proactive professional with the ability to navigate complex environments and build strong relationships across the organization.
You haveseveral years ofexperience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 IFSor similar platforms and are comfortable taking a leading role in discussions around processessolutionsand priorities.
Wedlove to hear that you have/are:
Extensive experience from business-facing roles either as a consultant or internally in a larger organization with a proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
Experience contributing to or leading larger transformation initiatives
Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Solid understanding of end-to-endfinancialprocesses
Over the coming years Axis will drive several major initiatives withintheERParea supporting a rapidly growing and increasingly complex global business.
