About the Role
As a Senior Application Support Analyst you will beresponsible for ensuring the stability performance and reliability ofcritical applications supporting Risk and Treasury operations.
You will act as a key point of contact for userscombining technical expertise and functional knowledge to resolveincidents and improve overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support to Front Office (FO) and Middle Office (MO) users
Troubleshoot issues and design workarounds to minimize business impact
Perform first-level incident investigation and resolution
Act as the main point of contact for user-related topics
Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve cross-functional issues
Understand business impacts and financial workflows
Continuously improve service quality and operational efficiency
Technical Skills
Databases: SQL Server Oracle Sybase
Knowledge of financial products (Derivatives Money Market)
Monitoring tools: Kibana Grafana (plus)
Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar)
Strong understanding of production support environments
