Job Summary
Requirement 1:
Required Technical Skills Skillset : Java Unix SQL and Production Support (AWS Good to have)
Experience : 6-10 Years
Location : Hyderabad and Bangalore
About the Role
We are looking for strong experienced profiles which matches A Production Support Engineer/Lead with 6-12 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Possesses the code-level understanding required to debug complex Java logic flaws .
- Should be is able to understand and debug database related production issues and write complex SQL queries.
- Demonstrating intermediate understanding in Unix internals and basic understanding of DevOps stack.
- Manage incidents and drive blameless Root Cause Analysis for critical P1/P2 incidents.
- Expertise in any of the scripting language required for automation and any prior experience in supporting cloud application is an added advantage.
