Job Summary
Position : Engineer / Sr. Engineer
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mechanical Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Experience : minimum 3-5 years of hand on experience in answering customer requests using IMDS CAMDS BOMCheck Jamp/chemSHERPA GDX IPC-1752 forms
Location : Cochin
Salary : As per industry standard
Responsibities:
• Work with raw materials and component suppliers and collect environmental compliance documents such as MSDS/SDS RoHS REACH PFAS TSCA documents
• Analyzing Bill of Materials and preparing material composition data
• Upload material composition data as well as supporting documents of products components and materials into compliance database
• Evaluation of parts compliance status to different directive/regulations such as RoHS REACH halogen free conflict minerals CA Prop 65 PFAS TSCA etc
• Answering different types of environmental compliance requests/formats like IMDS CAMDS JAMP/chemSHERPA GDX IPC-1752 BOMCheck and SCIP submission
• Preparing RoHS REACH and other directive/regulation certificate of compliance letters
