STUDENT ASSISTANT PROGRAM

SimCorp offers a highly valuable Student Assistant Program for students eager to dive into the FinTech world which combines finance and technology. It is designed to let young people embark on their career journey by gaining real first work experience.

As a Student Assistant you will engage in real tasks and projects learning from inspirational leaders based all around the world.

Hereswhat you will be offered:

  • Meaningful Work Experience:Participatein a 3-month summer program (July-September 2026)to develop your skills through hands-on experience.

  • Guidance and Feedback: Receive support and mentorship from a dedicated Buddy.

  • Career Opportunities: Gain the opportunity to secure a job upon successful completion of the program.

  • Financial Compensation: Earn6000 PLN gross per month for full-time work(36PLN/h grosson a civil contract).

  • Assignmenttothe Regulatory Reporting and Compliance Services teamwithin SaaS Delivery.
    This team requires a blend of technical or mathematical skills and a strong interest in finance.

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Studies:Mathematics/IT

  • Interest:Financial markets and investments regulatory standards financial reporting

  • Academic Level: Students enrolled in a Masters program who can provide a valid student certificate (prior to completing their studies or defending the thesis).

Skills:

  • Advanced Excel - strong command of formulas data analysis and automation

  • SQL and programming languages such as Visual Basic

  • Techsavviness - ability to quickly learn and work with new tools systems and technologies

  • Knowledge of testing processes and experience working with technical documentation

Abilities:

  • Investigative with keen attention to detail

  • Quick Learner who solves problems

  • Ability to handle complexity and work with data

  • Research complex topics and present them

Hybrid work:Availability to work from the SimCorp Warsaw Office (at least 4 days per week)
