AWC Staff Services are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to work nights 4 on 4 off for our client at Midland Metropolitan University Hospital Smethwick.
Monday Sunday 4 on 4 off: Hours from 7pm - 7am
Responsibilities
- First-Line Support: Act as the initial point of contact for logging and resolving issues
- Ticket Management: Accurately record prioritise and track support requests using a helpdesk system ensuring timely updates and resolution in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
- User Account Administration: Create modify and deactivate user accounts ensuring appropriate access to hospital systems while maintaining data security and compliance.
Requirements:
- Previous helpdesk experience ideally
Start: Tuesday 7th April 2026
Duration: 3 months
Rate: 15.85 per hour ( holiday pay)
