The GDS Alliance Campaign Project Coordinator will work closely with the Region Alliances Teams to co-ordinate the execution of various campaign-related activity for a specific ecosystem relationship or multiple relationships. This high-impact role facilitates planning and execution from developing the project plan to managing the campaign budget execution of the project plan involving various deliverables and key stakeholder groups mitigating dependencies and risks ensuring that campaigns are completed successfully within the agreed timelines. The incumbent will be part of the GDS Alliances Service bureau and will collaborate with the GDS Alliances BMC team.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Work closely with the Region Alliances Teams to help create comprehensive and integrated sales and marketing campaigns using project management fundamentals ensure that the following are clearly defined and signed off:
Help validate campaign readiness by securing leadership approvals sponsorship and completing strategic campaign assessments
Support campaign planning elements such as collecting market analyses and defining target audiences
Help define and document campaign governance structure and cadence
Proactively manage end-to-end campaign activities from initial campaign validation (phase 0) to planning activation and close-out.
Construct campaign project plan with critical path timelines and activity accountability
Proactively identify and communication key assumptions dependencies and risks.
Propose mitigation steps to remedy issues delays or hurdles
Lead efficient and effective regular (eg. Weekly or bi-weekly) project management meetings with key stakeholders
Hold stakeholders accountable for tasks and deadelines
Elevate critical issues to the Region Alliance Team to expedite issue resolution when neededManage relationships with key stakeholders within BMC and across geographies and functions (Business development Markets Talent Finance etc.).
Coordinate with Alliance Service Bureau Reporting team to support tagging and analysis of campaign performance against pre-defined success metrics
Milestone management timeliness and co-ordination for effective completion of key deliverables
Support change management efforts including drafting communications for internal EY and/or alliance vendors to expedite the process
Help with the campaign budget proposals and thereafter tracking and monitoring
Maintain campaign project logs and own campaign status reporting (periodic)
Arrange and facilitate campaign key learings and review meetings
Evaluate the effectiveness of completed campaign compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
Log and share lessons learned best practices issues etc. across Alliances to apply for future use improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing or previous campaigns
Knowledge and Skill Guidance:
Proven project management skills and knowledge organization and prioritization skills
Ability to quickly build knowledge of the EY business including branding sales and marketing activities including key priorities structure internal and external audience core offerings
Outstanding written and verbal communications including the ability to engage leaders across the organization succinctly summarize issues/challenges to be resolved and effect change
Manage multiple campaigns/programs under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
B2B marketing experience in professional services or similar industries
Experience in end-to-end campaign management from managing business requirement to implementation to analysis and all phases in between. Event management experience would be an added advantage
Proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects at a global level knowledge of project management methodology (PMI or Prince2) would be an added advantage
High level of networking team building and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Advanced knowledge in MS Office including Excel (including developing pivot tables) PowerPoint and PowerBi
Experience with data visualtion such as Tableau Adobe web platform Adobe analytics/webtrends/Google analytics Sprinklr/Hootsuite Sysomos any eMail marketing tool Google Adwords
Experience with digital marketing analytics including analyzing digital ad and social media performance
Ability to work as part of an agile team; independent and showing flexibility during peak times
Team player with a knack to motivate the team to deliver programs within a stipulated timeframe
Ability to bridge any gap between the BMC expectations and the GDS capabilities
Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to complex issues.
Assert own ideas gain support and commitment from executive level stakeholders and mobilize others to take action.
Gather stakeholder feedback to generate meaningful actionable information that helps drive change and campaign improvements
