Available Roles
Support Worker
- 13.85 per hour
- Days (Full time) and (Part time) night shifts available
- Full UK driving licence required for day roles (held for at least 1 year)
Senior Support Worker
- 14.75 per hour
- Full-time day shifts available
- Full UK driving licence required (held for at least 1 year)
- Previous senior support or leadership experience preferred
What Youll Be Doing
Youll provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs helping people build confidence develop life skills access their community and achieve greater independence.
No two days are the same. You could be:
- Supporting daily routines and activities
- Encouraging independence and personal development
- Supporting emotional wellbeing
- Helping people access appointments and community activities
- Promoting positive outcomes and quality of life
- Working closely with colleagues and professionals to deliver excellent support
Senior Support Workers will also support shift leadership mentor team members and help maintain high-quality standards across the service.

Experience in supported living learning disabilities autism mental health complex needs or care is beneficial but not essential.
