Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong working relationships with location leaders to understand their workspace requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
Space Planning & Allocation:
Monitor and manage workspace allocation seating plans and occupancy metrics to ensure efficient use of office infrastructure.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of space utilization generate periodic reports
Communication & Coordination:
Serve as the point of contact for space-related queries ensuring timely and professional responses to internal stakeholders.

Bachelor s degree in business administration
4 years of experience in operations administration or space planning roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
