Job Summary
Mission Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for a Civil Litigation Associate to join a growing trial-focused practice. This role offers direct involvement in cases that are actively prepared for and taken through trial providing meaningful courtroom development.
Active participation in trial preparation and trial proceedings
Hands-on responsibility across the full case lifecycle
Exposure to depositions motions and court appearances
Collaborative environment with accessible mentorship
Compensation range $140000 to $165000 plus monthly bonus eligibility
