Job Summary
| BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE The Chamberlin Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to engage with prospective clients to explain Chamberlins holistic planning process answer questions about services and determine whether the prospective clients needs are a good fit for Chamberlins holistic financial planning process. We are a small financial planning and tax services firm located in St. Louis Missouri and serving clients nationwide since 2002. | Education/Experience |
- Experience: Customer service inside sales or outside sales experience is preferred. Financial Services experience is preferred.
- Education: College degree preferred.

- Ability to build a strong rapport with our prospective clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal client service and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving work environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Full-Time 40 hours/week
Evening work is required: minimum 2 evenings (8 hours) per month
Compensation & Benefits
- $60000 base 30% Bonus Potential
