Job Summary
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors Degree
Preferred background in Mechanical Manufacturing CNC Technology Mold Design or Mechatronics
35 years of CNC programming and machine operation experience
Able to handle complex parts or mold programming
Technical Skills
Proficient in FANUC and Siemens CNC control systems
Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code
Capable of both manual and automated programming
Proficient in UG (NX)
Knowledge of SolidWorks Pro/E or CATIA is an added advantage
Able to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings including GD&T
Experienced in developing machining processes and workflows
Skilled in tool selection and setting cutting parameters (speed feed rate depth of cut) for materials such as aluminum steel copper and carbon fiber
Capable of toolpath optimization simulation collision avoidance and maintaining high precision (0.01 mm preferred)
Experienced in first article trials machine setup and troubleshooting
Able to operate machining centers and milling machines
Knowledge of fixture/jig design setup and adjustment

Added Advantages
- Experience in SMT fixture manufacturing
- Familiar with carbon fiber and fiberglass machining
- Experience in multi-axis machining (4-axis or 5-axis) and mill-turn programming
