- Develop and maintain a 12-week rolling master fabrication schedule.
- Authorize and sequence work order release into fabrication.
- Balance shop loading across vessel bays module lines hydrotest PWHT and paint.
- Track fabrication milestones from fit-up and welding through testing paint and shipment.
- Monitor planned vs. actual progress and maintain accurate weekly delivery forecasts.
- Identify schedule risks and implement recovery plans to protect committed ship dates.
- Manage work-in-progress (WIP) to ensure smooth shop flow and prevent bottlenecks.
- Partner with Operations to address capacity constraints and optimize throughput.
- Coordinate with Engineering Supply Chain Quality Sales and Project Management to ensure alignment on delivery commitments.
- Experience in fabrication scheduling within O&G pressure vessel or modular manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of shop flow capacity planning milestone tracking and WIP control.
- Ability to analyze production data and drive schedule recovery when needed.
- Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
