Job Summary
Position: Food & Beverage Trainee
Location: Doha Qatar
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Trainee to join at 5 star luxury hotel in Doha Qatar.
As a Food & Beverage Trainee you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of food and beverage operations. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as menu planning food and beverage service inventory management and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the planning and execution of food and beverage events and promotions
- Learning and implementing proper food and beverage service techniques
- Assisting with menu planning and ensuring high quality and presentation of all food and beverage offerings
- Maintaining inventory and ensuring proper stock levels
- Providing excellent customer service to guests ensuring their needs and requests are met in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Fluent in English knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: QAR1800
- 18 Annual Leaves 11 Public Holidays 1 Birthday Off
- Vacation Ticket Allowance provided annually
- Alternate 2- & 1-Day offs weekly (6 days in a month)
