Job Summary
Minimum Experience:
9 years of progressive experience in a directly related field.
6 years of professional experience in ICT client support system administration and service management operations in an enterprise level environment.
Job Specific Skills:
- Certifications in industry relative standards frameworks and vendor specific solutions such as Microsoft 365 Azure solutions and Teams administrator certifications.
- Excellent knowledge in maintaining effective working relationships with staff and clients.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Azure cloud systems Office 365 VMware Active Directory and group policy management.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in patch management operations and tools.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Information Technology industry trends architectures integrations and process computing.
- Good knowledge and understanding of leading industry standards frameworks methodologies and best practices.
- Good knowledge and practice of teams coaching and mentoring.
