As an Operational Excellence & TPM Engineer at Micron you will lead the implementation of systems and programs that improve performance and reliability for our global Facilities operations.

This is a highly impactful global-facing role where you will be the champion for fostering a continuous improvement culture that drives operational and reliability excellence. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement and scale programs worldwide. You will play a key role in deploying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) standardizing procedures and implementing new operational solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at your assigned site(s) by conducting training sessions and workshops.
• Lead global operational excellence initiatives focusing on process standardization performance improvement and waste reduction.
• Design develop and deliver innovative solutions that support a high-performance culture and enhance organization effectiveness.
• Analyze maintenance and operations data to identify performance reliability and cost improvement opportunities.
• Conduct audits to ensure alignment with TPM and operational excellence standards.
• Develop and standardize procedures maintenance methods and SOPs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2 years experience in manufacturing operational excellence or continuous improvement.
• Experience implementing TPM Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Strong communication and stakeholders management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project execution.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization using tools such as Power BI Tableau or Excel.
